Sales Coordinator

仕事内容

- Manage end-to-end order processing, sales operations, and invoicing using SAP
- Issue sales invoices and book incoming invoices
- Maintain inventory control and forecast management
- Coordinate domestic and international import/export shipments
- Arrange transportation, monitor freight schedules, and optimize logistics operations
- Review and negotiate transportation costs
- Manage delivery schedules and ensure on-time shipments
- Manage insurance claims and resolve shipment issues
- Assist with the launch of new business projects and operational setup

必要な能力

- At least 2 years of experience in order management or sales administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working in an English-speaking or international business environment

- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

語学力

Languages: Fluency in English. German and Japanese language skills are plus.
