To support our Operations team, we are looking for an Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d).

Order processing
• Quotation preparation, order acceptance and processing
• Creation of invoices and delivery notes

Purchasing and materials management
• Obtaining and comparing quotations
• Order processing u Monitoring delivery dates
• Stock control and scheduling
• Maintenance and management of documents and data

Sales support, e.g.
• Customer communication and support;
- Communication with customers regarding project status, requirements and changes
- Coordination with development and technology to implement technical requirements
• Support in the preparation of quotations and maintenance of customer master data
• Coordination between internal departments
• Cost and risk management
• Participation in cost accounting and budget monitoring
• Preparation of project plans, status reports and presentations

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten

• University degree or completed vocational training as an industrial clerk
• Several years of professional experience
• Strong technical understanding
• Excellent Excel skills
• Confident communication in an international environment
• Ideally, experience in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry

Erforderliche Sprachkenntnisse

• Proficient in written and spoken English
• German language skills are a plus
