Beschreibung des Aufgabengebiets

●Conduct in-depth analyses of budgets, forecasts, and sales results, preparing accurate performance reports
●Communicate daily with sales business units to collect qualitative market insights
●Maintain sales budgets and forecasts in close coordination with Japan HQ
●Coordinate review schedules, alignment meetings, and countermeasure discussions with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
●Monitor performance deviations, propose strategic countermeasures, and optimize planning processes and system utilization
●Create presentation materials for regional management meetings and support organization of internal corporate events

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten

●Commercial vocational training or a university degree in business administration, economics or a related field
●Professional experience in sales controlling, business assistance or finance/accounting within an international environment
●Proficiency in enterprise software and advanced skills in MS Office/Google Workspace
●Strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
●Proven ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment and manage tasks independently against strict deadlines

Erforderliche Sprachkenntnisse

●Business fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese; German language skills are an advantage
