Sales Coordinator (Prague Office)

We are looking for a new colleague for the position of sales coordinator who will take care of
• planning and coordination of imports/ Exports according to the customer requirements,
• Arrange delivery dates, communicate with sales representatives
• Communicate with carriers, create and check export documents
• Internal system (SAP ERP) operation, data input, issuance of PO, Invoice, etc.

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten

• Very good phone/e-mail communication skills
• Detail oriented and be familiar with import / export procedure and regulations (incl. VAT)
• IT Skills for data entry into ERP(SAP) systems
• Proficient in MS Office - particularly Excel
• Responsibility and independence

Erforderliche Sprachkenntnisse

• Business fluent in English
