【Job Summary】 We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to drive our business growth. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, identifying logistics needs and converting leads into qualified business opportunities for our sales team.

【Key Responsibilities】
• Lead Management: Identify and approach potential customers via phone, email, and web tools to generate high-quality appointments.
• Quoting & Procurement: Manage supplier relations with carriers and airlines to provide competitive freight quotations.
• Client Consultation: Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and propose tailored logistics solutions.

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten

【Requirements】
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in International Freight Forwarding (Sales or Sales Support).
• Core Skills: Strong logical communication, active listening, and a results-driven mindset.

Erforderliche Sprachkenntnisse

• Languages: Fluency in German and English is essential. Japanese language skills are a strong plus.

【Employment Conditions】
• Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (including 1-hour lunch break).
• Holidays: Weekends, Public Holidays, plus 30 days of annual leave.
